Live view in the browser, recording nodes and H.265 everywhere: MultiFusion 0.3.15 to 0.3.22

WebRTC live view, MultiFusion Recorder recording nodes, synchronised playback, full PTZ control and H.265 playback in every app arrived in MultiFusion 0.3.15 to 0.3.22.

Between 4 and 5 October 2026, MultiFusion 0.3.15 to 0.3.22 — with the VMS client 0.2.0 to 0.2.5 and MultiFusion Recorder 1.0.2 — rebuilt how operators watch and play back video.

Live view

  • WebRTC live view with a seamless player, in the Server app, the VMS client and the browser.
  • New Live View and Video & Streaming settings.
  • Live view no longer reconnects streams that are healthy, and cameras can be added from their site.

Recording nodes

  • MultiFusion Recorder pairs with the server as a recording node. Administrators manage nodes under Administration › Recording Nodes, and nodes appear in Topology, Storage and Networking.
  • Recordings play back from recording nodes and from the cloud archive through the server.

Playback and control

  • Playback with a camera picker, and professional mouse controls in the desktop app.
  • H.265 recordings play everywhere, including the desktop app.
  • Full PTZ control — pan, tilt, zoom, focus and iris.
  • Motion detection on the server and on recording nodes.
