Noida, 30 October 2026 — MultiFusion is going across the border. Freaquer Corporation Private Limited has partnered with Mohan Energy Corporation Pvt. Ltd. to offer a complete MultiFusion visual monitoring system for the watch and ward of a substation in Nepal, built under an Asian Development Bank-funded project. The technical offer, reference FQ/MEC/VMS/2026/1026, was submitted on 26 October 2026, days after MultiFusion went live at POWERGRID’s 400 kV Jaipur South substation.
What is offered, as one lot
- 22 IP cameras: 12 infrared bullet cameras on the boundary and gates, 4 infrared PTZ cameras with 30× zoom over the switchyard and transformer bays, and 6 vandal-resistant infrared domes in the control, relay and battery rooms.
- A perimeter that raises its own alarm: intrusion, line-crossing and loitering rules on every perimeter camera, with alarms on the operator console and the video wall.
- 30 days of recording on site, continuous, on a RAID-protected MultiFusion server in the control building. Nothing leaves the substation.
- Evidence that holds up: exports signed with a SHA-256 manifest and every operator action in the audit trail.
- A control room: operator workstation with MultiFusion VMS, video-wall monitors and a PTZ joystick, on a 3 kVA online UPS.
- Installed, commissioned and trained by Freaquer, with a site acceptance test, two days of operator and administrator training at site, and 36 months of warranty on equipment and software.
Cameras from the employer’s approved makes integrate over ONVIF and RTSP, so the substation is not tied to one camera brand.
Why this one matters
Nepal’s grid is being built with the same substations, the same contractors and the same security needs as India’s, and the same rule applies: video from a power asset should stay on the power asset. MultiFusion was designed and developed in India to run on the site’s own servers, including sites with no internet at all, and Freaquer has installed IP cameras at 13 POWERGRID substations from 220 kV to 765 kV and HVDC.
“We proved the platform on the Indian grid first. Going to Nepal with Mohan Energy Corporation is the natural next step: one lot, one company answerable for the cameras, the recording, the analytics and the warranty, and every byte of video staying inside the substation.” — Deepak Kumar Dwivedi, Founder, Freaquer Corporation Private Limited
MultiFusion runs on 1,664 cameras at five organisations in India. Media contact: info@freaquer.com · +91 77539 84444 · press kit.
